Abstract: 本研究目的在了解台北市護理人員離職狀況及其影響因素。採調查法,以台北市護理 師護士公會辦理離職執業登記變更的護理人員為對象,共得181份有效問卷。結果: 離職護理人員約六成機構服務年資(58 .7%)在一年以下:離職者近半數(46.1%)仍欲 從事護理工作。護理人員離職重要原因為個人、家庭、護理工作、發展-進修因素; 待遇福利、同儕人際及組織因素不是護理人員出現離職行為的最優先決定因素。對離 職行為顯著影響的是年齡、教育程度及單位類型。
