| Abstract: | 線上影像醫學教學資料庫的設立，可以作為有效的教學與參考資源。本研究使用DICOM 標準作為教學資料庫影像格式，建立一套線上網頁影像醫學資料庫製作工具，任何使用者皆可使用網頁瀏覽器(Web browser)自行建立帳號，上傳DICOM影像建立教案，教案的作者可以修改上傳的影像並可設定權限，將有價值的影像開放共享。教學資料庫可以由網頁方式搜尋瀏覽，並具有放大、明亮、對比調整及測量距離等影像處理功能， 也可以經由DICOM Tag 的紀錄，分析放射影像攝影的方法。與病患隱私有關的DICOM Tag，例如姓名、病歷號碼，將隱藏不開放給大眾瀏覽。
Online teaching files are an important source of educational and referential materials in the radiology community. The commonly used DICOM file format of the radiology community is not natively supported by common web browsers. The ability of the web server to convert and parse the DICOM is important when the DICOM converting tools are not available. We developed a web-based teaching file server by utilizing free software from the Internet. It is capable of converting DICOM files and can easily manage the uploaded cases. |
