| Abstract: | 隨著慢性病患者逐漸增加，鼻胃管餵食也成為長期照護機構常見的技術性護理活動之 一。因此，護理人員對管灌餵食必須有進一步的認識，才能提供良好的照護。文中討 論自然食物與商業配方兩類食物的優缺點、病患接受管灌餵食量不符合的情況、餵食 管路的材質及管灌餵食之合併症等議題，同時建議護理人員須具備管餵飲食病患全面 性評估技能，並能依據個別性做管灌餵食策略的調整，才能提供病患更完善的照護品 質。 |
